Editor's note: this record promises a lot and delivers not so much. This purported ultimate thunderstorm is more of a thundershower that is slow building and never reaches a true high climax but does bustle a few times in your hedgerows. The gentle rain is enough to put you to sleep on a rainy day. Then again a rainy day naturally puts you to sleep so maybe you better keep this one under wraps until the sun is shining and you want to be Debbie or Don Downer.
