Editor's note: apparently Elvis Costello (real name Declan MacManus) had several side projects during his long career and I happened across a few of these singles at a rummage sale last year and picked them up for a cool quarter each. At least he had the sense not to sing here so as to make it a SIDE PROJECT and not a solo record of sorts. Pretty good stuff.
