Editor's note: there is a 32 page booklet which came with this album but I won't be scanning it in this lifetime because I'm too busy at this point. When I saw this record at the Salvation Army thrift store I immediately thought that it would be a baby-sitter's activity LP but this does not disappoint as an exercise release at all! Nice find but it was just way too difficult for me to keep up. Is there a version for fat, old, middle-aged men that would require less effort?
