Editor's note: the night in a graveyard sounds something akin to a porno mixed with a frat party hosted by an insane asylum. The scary side is laughably silly and expectedly bad as most albums in this genre are. Their bad-ness is greatness in the eyes of a weirdo such as myself. I suspect the same for you since you are in fact here reading this and listening to it as well.

PREAMBLE

I've been meaning to do this for a couple of years now so I finally am. I'm not a big music or record buff but I do collect the occasional oddity. I'll be adding records when I can. Don't expect much commentary of intellectual or musical value, though comments are more than welcomed and hoped for.

There's no real theme here but I do have a rough outline of what gets posted on which day. The schedule is as follows:

Monday: 45s

Tuesday: Spoken Word & Misc. Sounds

Wednesday: The '80s & Beyond

Thursday: Open Format

Friday: Local/D.I.Y.

Saturday: Ethnic/Exotic/Foreign

Sunday: Religious

Holidays and Special Dates When Available or Organ Music (Yes, I said Organ Music. I like organ music. Thank you.).

Also, please don't pirate the artist's music. It's not in a high quality format plus it's downright rude to do anything but listen to these records for your own pleasure and amusement.

Gundella's "The Hour of the Witch" LP

The unspookiest witch of Detroit lore. This lady was a practicing witch, a schoolteacher, author and a lecturer during her lifetime. Hearing about this record is what caused me to bust out the old albums and start this blog up so actually hearing it would be an added bonus. If you'd like to contribute pictures and audio of this album or any others feel free to email me and I will post them.
